MY ORDER

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

Choose the right size for yourself is very important,insoles of GGD are relatively high.If you wear the shoes in 2 sizes,choose the bigger one.For example,you could were EUR size 38 and EUR size 39,take the EUR size 39.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the date payment for your order is received. Sometimes the shoes need to be customized or in replenishment,will increase the time. To expedite the processing time, it’s a good idea to have your order shipped to the same address as the billing address of the card used for the purchase. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

I NEED TO CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER.
We will try our best to accomodate your request, but please be aware that if your order has been processed already, we might not be able to cancel your order. If you placed your order within the last 24 hours, please submit an urgent request. If you placed your order more than 24 hours ago, please submit a request, chat with us online.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. You may also log in to your  account to get the tracking number.

DO YOU SHIP TO HAWAII, ALASKA, PO BOXES, APO/FPO ADDRESSES OR OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES, SUCH AS PUERTO RICO OR GUAM?

INVENTORY

WHEN DOES GGDB Store RESTOCK?
We receive and post new inventory on our website 3 to 5 times per week. Unfortunately, we do not have specific restocking dates for any items. Our representatives will not be able to answer when or if an item will be restocked.

HOW CAN I GET AN ITEM THAT’S CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK?
Unfortunately, if an item is listed as out of stock, a specific size is not listed, or there's no add to cart button on the product page, that means we do not have it in stock and it cannot be ordered.

CAN GGDB store PLACE A SPECIAL ORDER FOR ME FOR AN OUT OF STOCK ITEM?
At this time, we are unable to complete special orders. The only items available for purchase are those listed on our website in the sizes listed. If an item or size is not listed, it is not available for purchase.

IS MERCHANDISE AUTHENTIC?
Yes! All of the items listed and sold on our website are authentic products of their registered trademark. We do not sell fake or replica merchandise.
We acquire all our inventory directly from the Trademark Manufacturers or Authorized Dealers.

PAYMENT METHODS AND BILLING

CAN I PAY WITH MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD?
Yes, you can pay with your credit and/or debit card!
All prices are listed in US Dollars. Currency conversions will be completed during checkout. You will be shown the price in your preferred currency before you are asked to finalize your payment.




RETURN & EXCHANGE

WHAT IF I RECEIVE AN ORDER I'M NOT HAPPY WITH?

If, for any reason, you received an order from our store that you are not completely satisfied with, you have 7 calendar days (1 week) to POST-MARK the order to return it to us for a refund , as long as the item is still unused with its original packaging.
Non-quality Problems
In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products you choose are not satisfying you in terms of color or size, it can be returned and replaced under the following condition. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). The products should have not been used (except tryout). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged of you. Before sending the items for replacement, please transfer,the supplymentary shipping cost for turning back the replaced items from us first. As soon as the payment completed, will we replace the items sent from you.
Quality Problems
In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be returned and replaced. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you again. We will pay the shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you. (Note: It is our quality-control professional that give a final judgement on whether the quality problems are caused by personal factors or non-resistent external damage. The purchased products will not be repaired, replaced nor returned for free if its quality problems are caused be human factors or avoidable damage.)

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND FOR MY RETURN?

We process all returns within 1 to 2 weeks from the date we receive your return. On average, it takes about 2 to 3 weeks from the date you mail your return before the refund is posted in your account.
